TJMAX, which is responsible for processing your Personal Data, takes very seriously the privacy of all visitors to our online and physical stores, and more generally of all persons who send us Personal Data (as defined below) concerning themselves in the course of contact with our brand.

5 - Forwarding your personal data to third parties

9 - Location of your personal data

We store your Personal Data in the European Economic Area ("EEA", i.e. the 28 member states of the European Union, as well as Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) where the Website servers are located.

Depending on the purpose of processing identified in the table below, we apply the corresponding retention period for your Personal Data.

Purpose of processing :

Management of e-commerce customers, TJMAX shop customers and prospects, including customer relationship management, marketing campaign management, shop e-booking follow-up, defective product management and parcel tracking.

Applied shelf life :

Personal data relating to customers: duration of the contractual relationship plus the statutory limitation period, i.e. 5 years.

Data relating to non-customer prospects: 3 years from the last active contact with our brand.

Purchase and browsing history cookies: 13 months.

Credit card number and expiry date: 15 months after debit date.

Credit card visual cryptogram: The time of the transaction.
