Bringing together the best of the press for a private event was a daring new challenge, and one that PXP was more than up to! During the evening, influencers, celebrities and journalists were given a sneak preview of the brand new Autumn Winter 2023 collection.

The atmosphere was explosive on Tuesday, September 19. And for good reason: fashion media and urban culture specialists were invited to a very private evening, during which the brand-new Autumn-Winter 2023 collection was unveiled. Journalists and influencers gathered at Hill Door Paris for a very special program. As the cradle of the brand, this venue is a natural setting for reunions and celebrations. Camille Calen, AKA Noholita, imagined the decor of this atypical space. This influencer with over 1 million Instagram followers and a passion for fashion has managed to create a veritable empire in just a few years. Blog, ultra-followed social networks, brand partnerships... she's multiplying her collaborations tenfold. And she's made the Hill Door her baby, creating an ultra-trendy 3-storey interior. Waxed concrete floors, typical Ibizan cuisine, planted spaces, furniture by top designers...: it's the perfect spot to give free rein to your creativity and welcome celebrities.

An evening signed PXP

PXP knows how to organize private events. As you'll no doubt recall, the various Fashion Festivals, including those held at the McArthurGlen shopping center in Miramas, were a real hit. The special guests and entertainment were a hit with the public, who turned out in droves for these occasions. Based on these experiences, we came up with an equally wild evening, featuring the founders of Project X Paris. The evening was unforgettable! There was plenty of entertainment on offer, including a corner dedicated to video games, a DJ to keep the party going until 11pm and, of course, an aperitif dinner where guests could meet, toast and chat about the brand's crazy adventure, as well as the brand's brand new collection which, let's face it, caused quite a stir among the journalists present! One of the highlights of the evening was the surprise appearance of singer Kalash! The atmosphere was great from the moment he entered the room! A real phenomenon, this French singer set the mood with his Caribbean reggae dancHall sounds and hit songs such as "Pran pié", "Mama" and "Sexy Chill". Nicknamed the Little Prince of the West Indies, he has enjoyed a string of successes and gold records since his debut. An artist appreciated by his peers, he has made numerous collabs, notably with the sacred monster Booba for the track "Rouge & Bleu".

A premium collection

That evening, brand co-founder Maxime Gov was joined by Raphaël Young (ex-Jil Sander, Off-White, CK). PXP's newest star recruit, recently appointed creative director, will propose a new premium line in 2024, but one that remains in the vein of Project X DNA: stylish, tailored urban outfits. Don't worry, prices will remain affordable for GenZ's core clientele! If you haven't seen it yet, we promise you a stunning new F/W 2023 collection with sober colors but graphic motifs like the " All Over " models or the " Monogram " sweatshirt and tracksuit bottoms available in black, beige and blue. Other new additions to the collection include highly stylish technical garments such as tracksuit ensembles, hooded jackets and t-shirts in the "Techwear" line. Ourapproach: to become the benchmark for accessible premium streetwear, offering the ideal casual chic wardrobe for every customer profile,"CEO and co-founder Jimmy Gov reassured Fashion United.

Fashion essentials streetwear

Founded in 2015 by brothers Maxime and Jimmy Gov, Project X Paris is France's number 1 streetwear brand. The very first collection consisted of simple, minimalist clothes in bright colors. It was an instant success with an initial audience of 18-30 year-olds, but has since grown to reach a much wider audience. Building on this success, Project X Paris opened its first Shop in Paris in 2016. One thing led to another, and the brand quickly established itself internationally, opening stores in London, Berlin, Dubai and Los Angeles. The growth of Project X Paris has been meteoric. In 2018, the brand was ranked Europe's ninth fastest-growing company! Today, PXP is distributed by over 1,000 retailers worldwide and has nearly a hundred official boutiques. The brand is a fashion reference streetwear and has no intention of stopping there: it continues to develop and expand into new markets. Project X Paris makes no secret of the fact and has set its sights on becoming THE reference for streetwear in Europe and worldwide. New openings areplanned for Brussels in 2023, London (Soho) in 2024, and Madrid and Barcelona next year. #StayTuned

The streetwear reference in Europe

The fast-expanding brand aims to dominate the French and European markets in the years to come. To achieve this, a luxury cast has recently taken charge of the collections, promising to bring you even more nuggets, ever more original outfits to continue the streetwear story! "Today, we have sales of 70 million euros and are growing by 50%. I don't have a crystal ball, but our progress is online with the roadmap we drew up a few years ago. By the end of this year, we'll have exceeded 100 million euros in sales, and we're aiming for 300 million euros by 2027. To support our ambitions, we are strengthening our teams by recruiting several fashion and luxury talents this year: Geoffrey Manoha, our new marketing and communications director who was at Kenzo and Louis Vuitton, Raphaël Lefort, to steer the wholesale strategy, and Raphaël Young, who worked with Virgil Abloh at Off-White, as creative director of the premium line", as Jimmy Gov mentioned to Fashion NetWork. So, as we've already shown, for the brand Project X Paris, it's a short step from the street to the catwalk!

Collabs galore

The keys to her success? It owes them, of course, to its original and accessible lines, to its large presence on the networks where it can be in direct contact with its community and exchange with them, but also to its numerous collabs with big names in urban culture. Sportsmen, artists, rappers... As Maxime and Jimmy Gov reminded us in an interview given to the online magazine Fashion Network: "To promote our collections, we call on major artists from the French and international rap scene, such as Orelsan, Aya Nakamura and Rim'K, for whom we produced the video for his track "Allô" using pieces from our summer collection. It's a real community of artists, but above all of friends, with whom we do collab', like with Gradur in 2016." Powerful, inspiring and engaging personalities that perfectly reflect our mentality! What's more, Project X Paris puts the spotlight on up-and-coming artists in whom we believe. Other major collabs include those with manga stars One Piece (a huge success!), Jujutsu Kaisen (already online and in stores!) and Call of Duty, the flagship video game license. Make the most of it, there are still a few sizes available online!
