BOSH: silence, it's working

No respite for French rap soldier Bosh, who has been on the front foot since the first lockdown began in 2020. His mission? Occupy the field, make people dance and multiply collaborations, as in the "Validé" adventure, or with Lefa, Naps, or your favorite streetwear brand, Project X Paris.

Bosh, the rap game machine

Few ascents have been as meteoric as Bosh's in the history of French rap. The '78 rapper's 2020/2021 season has been incredibly busy and productive, with a host of successes to its credit. Of course, we have to start with the biggest of them all: season 1 of the "Validated" series. With more than 20 million views, it's fair to say that the film benefited from the confinement announcement, which gave everyone plenty of time to watch other series. But that's not the only explanation: the performances of actors/rappers Hatik, Bosh and Sam's were absolutely outstanding. Bosh in particular, with his ability to embody the role of the villain, the menacing brute always on his guard. Season 2 will be out soon, and given public demand, it's sure to be another hit for Bosh, Franck Gastambide and the whole team.

Just after the success of the series comes musical success. The album "Synkinisi" was unveiled at the end of March 2020, and it contained a veritable little bomb inside: "Djomb", a mega-hit the likes of which are rarely seen in a rapper's career. The project has since been re-released in late November with 9 previously unreleased tracks, earned Bosh a gold record, and will no doubt soon go platinum. Here again, for his second solo project (after "Dos Argenté" released in 2018) the rapper hits very hard. Since then, he has multiplied musical collaborations with Naps or Lefa, alternating between danceable tracks and others that are genuinely dark and angry. It's fair to say that the artist is versatile.

Streetwear soldier

So versatile that he also models for streetwear brand Project X Paris, in a collaboration that will go down as one of the brand's best. Rarely has there been such a perfect "match" between an artist's personality and the type of clothing offered. Inspired by his warrior allure, we steered him towards very "military" pieces: Overstuff and Utility models, camouflage prints that were sometimes daring, and even Camo Reflect. In short, anything reminiscent of a utility or military sape, with lots of pockets and slightly padded areas for a voluminous effect.

Few rappers could boast of wearing this kind of piece as well as he does, and we at Project X Paris are obviously delighted to have been able to seize this opportunity to showcase these product ranges so effectively. You can of course find all the collab' pieces on our website, as well as at our 1500 official retailers worldwide! As for us, we obviously wish him all the best for the future (season 2 of "Validé", as well as a very likely new project in a few months' time), and hope that we'll soon be able to renew this collaboration.
