SDM ignites Parc des Princes before PSG - OM: an XXL show and a clash on top!

The Parc des Princes in frenzy even before kickoff!

Sunday evening, 48,000 spectators witnessed much more than a classic PSG - OM match: rapper SDM turned the Parc des Princes into a massive concert before the Ligue 1 clash. Already used to big stages after two sold-out Bercy shows, the artist delivered an explosive performance, mixing rap, pyrotechnics, and an electrifying atmosphere.

A spectacular show: rap, flames, and communion with the crowd

A few minutes before kickoff, SDM took center stage right in the heart of the Parc, performing his hits "Cartier Santos" and "Dolce Camara", against an impressive backdrop. Giant flames, hypnotic lights, and a crowd going wild : everything was set for a historic moment. DAZN, the match broadcaster, captured footage of a Parc des Princes transformed into a giant concert, where the audience sang the lyrics in unison.

The surprise clash: Daniel Riolo targeted by the entire stadium!

But the moment that blew up Twitter was when the entire Parc des Princes joined in singing a passage from Dolce Camara attacking Daniel Riolo, the famous RMC Sport editorialist. A jab that the journalist did not see coming at all and that triggered a social media tidal wave. Surprised, Riolo reacted live on RMC, wondering "how can people hate me just for football analysis". He even tried to calm the clash by inviting SDM on After Foot, but the shockwave had already spread.

PSG, master of the show before matches?

The capital’s club clearly draws inspiration from the spectacular staging of American leagues. After DJ Snake and other XXL performances, this pre-match concert marks a turning point in how major clubs entertain their games. Between spectacle and viral clashes, PSG knows how to make noise, and SDM has just established himself as a key figure in major football events.

What if international stars soon set Ligue 1 on fire?

The concept seems to please fans and could well become widespread. After SDM, who will be the next artist to ignite the Parc? A Booba vs Rohff showdown at halftime ? A Ninho in Marseille ? Football and rap are more connected than ever, and we can expect even crazier nights in the future!
