01 Where can I use my Project X Paris gift card?

You can use your gift card in all Project X Paris stores as well as on our website projectxparis.com.

02 How do I enter my gift card code when making a purchase?

When placing your order online, enter the 17 digits of your gift card in the designated field on the payment page, namely the 13 digits on the card and the 4 digits located in the scratch-off area.

03 What should I do if my card amount is less than my order total?

No problem! You can complete the payment by credit card for the remaining amount.

04 Can I use my gift card multiple times?

Yes, absolutely. As long as your gift card balance is not fully used, you can use it for multiple purchases, online or in-store. The remaining amount will be automatically deducted from your next cart.

05 Is my card balance checkable?

Yes, you can check your gift card balance at any time using the verification tool opposite.
