Marsatac 2025: between rap, electro, and urban vibes in Marseille

The Marsatac festival gathered thousands of festival-goers on June 13 and 14, 2025 in Marseille. Between rap performances, electro live shows, and the presence of major figures from the urban scene, the event established itself as a key moment in the music calendar.

A lineup marked by strong headliners

The 2025 edition of the festival focused on high-profile artists, including Hamza, Kalash, Maureen, BU$HI, TH, LA MANO 1.9, and the legendary Fonky Family. Friday night was particularly powerful with a steady alternation between hip-hop and electronic stages. The audience showed up in full force, selling out on the first night and confirming Marsatac’s enduring appeal after more than 25 editions.

VYBZ Sound System and PXP in immersion

Project X Paris was present on site, notably through DJ “s l o”, who mixed for the VYBZ SOUND SYSTEM crew. The artist appeared in a full look from the capsule collection Kalash x PXP, combining the shirt and matching floral shorts. A visual nod to the fusion between musical culture and streetwear fashion, captured live at the festival site.

The Kalash x PXP collab in the spotlight

Kalash’s standout appearance at Marsatac didn’t just make the bass vibrate. The artist also highlighted his textile collaboration with PXP, already well established since its release. The collection is part of a creative dynamic around Caribbean motifs and urban inspirations, perfectly in tune with the festival’s energy.
