Project X Paris partner of the Planète Rap 2 match
On Sunday, June 11, 2023, at the Auguste Delaune stadium in Bobigny, the second edition of the Planète Rap football match will take place to support the Abbé Pierre Foundation. A match opposing the rappers’ team and the influencers’ team. Project X Paris is a partner of the event, here’s the full story.
Rappers and influencers united against poor housing While some new generation rappers seem less socially engaged in speeches, many artists commit to associations or create their own. The same goes for influencers, whether from popular neighborhoods or not, showing real willingness to engage in causes. Unfortunately, with rising living costs, multiplying precarious situations, and environmental crises, causes are not lacking... All the more reason to contribute, and this football match organized by Planète Rap for the Abbé Pierre Foundation is a great opportunity to engage in a unifying event.

An event happening for the second time, no doubt success will be there again. The friendly match will pit two mixed teams, one made of rappers and singers, the other of influencers and content creators. The match will take place Sunday, June 11 at 2pm, at Stade Auguste Delaune in Bobigny. A stadium well known to rap and football fans, as it hosts FC 93 in which Sefyu is heavily involved. Entry is 5 euros, and proceeds will be donated to the Abbé Pierre Foundation to help fight poor housing, a scourge affecting more and more people (over 3 million in France in 2020).

For this second edition, the match will once again be hosted by the tireless Fred Musa, who seems to rejuvenate as he has stayed close to the new generation of artists and urban influencers. Fred won’t be the only star present at the match. In total, about fifty personalities make up the two teams, with rappers including Beendo Z, Doria, Emkal, Fave, but also Fresh, winner of Nouvelle École season 1, Gambi, Hatik (hero of Validé season 1), Kerchak, Kodes, MIG, Lyna Mahyem, Nahir, Soso Maness, Timal, Uzi, Sam’s and many more. For influencers, a 5-star cast with Just Riadh, Vargass, Boucif, Fares, KMS, Mamad, Medja, Iam Ilyess, Sheubo, Rafael Caplan, Ayoub Le Lion, Vasco, and many others, we’ll tell you more soon. Many other surprises are expected!
Project X Paris committed alongside the Abbé Pierre Foundation with Skyrock It’s hard to find a more unifying event than a football match organized for the Abbé Pierre Foundation, with rappers and influencers. Project X Paris didn’t hesitate to get involved and become a major partner of the event. We hope such initiatives multiply because, as we said earlier, causes to engage in are many and we’ll need all good wills to fight poor housing.
Moreover, the event sits at the crossroads of many domains we love at PXP: football, rap, and content creators. We have multiplied partnerships these past years with artists, influencers, and the football world, and some of our favorite rappers like Soso Maness, Timal, or Uzi will be there. So we couldn’t miss the event. Better yet, we hope to bring our own contribution by being present everywhere at the match location Sunday. With, hopefully, a great moment of sharing with those who will fill the 1500 seats of Stade Auguste Delaune.
Beyond the cause, which is very close to our hearts and for which we will continue collaborating next year, partnering with the historic French urban media Skyrock to raise funds for an association is exactly the path we want to take at Project X Paris. We also note that in recent years, major sports events gathering influencers or rappers (GP Explorer, or Eleven All Stars) multiply and seem to attract more and more public. So if we can link this trend to empower the associative world, for a good cause, it would be a shame to miss out, right?
