For the shooting of our new Project X Paris collection, we set up in Los Angeles, one of the world capitals of streetwear.
From the beaches of Santa Monica to the heights of Beverly Hills, passing through Venice Beach and its legendary courts, we captured the raw energy of the American West Coast. A total immersion in a setting that breathes hip-hop culture, skateboarding, and urban aesthetics.
A vibe between West Coast culture and GTA 5.
Los Angeles: a world capital of streetwear
If streetwear is now a universal language, the United States wrote a large part of its history. And Los Angeles is one of its epicenters.
Here, style is an extension of culture. The mix between hip-hop, skate, basketball, and Californian lifestyle gave birth to a unique aesthetic:
- relaxed silhouettes
- oversized clothing
- coordinated sets
- sport and street influences
This is exactly the energy we wanted to convey in our new Project X Paris streetwear collection.
Each piece we shot in Los Angeles tells a story: that of a generation mixing codes, cultures, and influences.
Santa Monica: at the end of the legendary Route 66
First stop of our shoot: the famous Santa Monica pier, the final point of the legendary Route 66.
A place full of history symbolizing the American adventure. Between iconic rides, the Pacific Ocean, and Californian light, the spot was perfect to capture the essence of the collection.
In this iconic setting, our silhouettes take on another dimension:
- streetwear sets inspired by sports
- graphic t-shirts
- summer pieces designed for freedom of movement
A mix between European urban fashion and West Coast energy.
Venice Beach: the playground of street culture
Impossible to come to Los Angeles without passing through Venice Beach.
This neighborhood is a global symbol of American street culture. Here, everything mixes:
- skateboarding
- basketball
- street art
- music
- fashion
We shot directly at the legendary Venice Skate Park and on the seaside basketball courts, where you immediately feel the streetwear DNA.
This is the kind of place where fashion comes alive. Where style is not calculated, but natural, spontaneous, and authentic.
Exactly the PXP spirit.
The Venice Canals: a life-size Grand Theft Auto atmosphere
For some looks, we explored the Venice Canals, a unique neighborhood in Los Angeles that seems straight out of a movie… or a video game.
The bridges, palm trees, and colorful houses create an almost unreal atmosphere.
Impossible not to feel GTA 5 vibes.
This urban and cinematic aesthetic perfectly matches the universe of our SS26 collection: a streetwear fashion visual, modern, and inspired by pop culture.
Beverly Hills: the contrast between luxury and street
Last stage of the shoot: the heights of Beverly Hills.
A fascinating contrast with the raw energy of Venice Beach.
Streetwear takes on a different dimension here: more assertive, more stately. Silhouettes become stronger, cuts more defined.
This is exactly the mix we seek at PXP: the crossing between luxury, street, and urban culture.
Los Angeles and hip-hop culture: a global influence
The relationship between Los Angeles and hip-hop is deep.
Artists like N.W.A, Tupac, or Kendrick Lamar have marked the history of urban culture. Their influence goes beyond music: it also touches fashion, style, and attitude. Kendrick Lamar also had the honor to perform during the halftime of the 2025 Super Bowl: a moment engraved in legend for the LA native.
In some emblematic LA neighborhoods, this culture is still omnipresent:
- Crenshaw
- Compton
-
Leimert Park, a true artistic and musical hub
-
The World Stage, a legendary place for hip-hop and jazz performances
These places have become symbols of creativity and expression, exactly the values that feed our vision of streetwear.
The new Project X Paris collection inspired by Los Angeles
Since our beginnings, we have been building a bridge between international street culture and the European vision of streetwear.
Los Angeles perfectly represents this connection.
This shoot is not just a backdrop. It is an immersion in one of the cradles of urban style.
The SS26 Project X Paris collection draws inspiration from this energy:
- modern silhouettes
- strong pieces
- assumed street DNA
Clothing designed for a generation that wants to express themselves, create, and change the game.
A streetwear collection designed for the streets
This new collection is an invitation to live streetwear as a culture.
Each piece was designed to accompany those who live the city their way:
in the streets, on a basketball court, at the skatepark, or simply in their daily life.
With this new streetwear collection, we continue to write the PXP story.
And as always, the street remains our playground for expression.
