J. Cole at the Accor Arena: why will this November 5 go down in history?

Bercy is holding its breath, two days before a date that feels like a farewell. Nine years after his last Paris show, a rapper at the top of his game has chosen to take the plunge. His album is literally called the fall, and he owns it to the very end. On Thursday, November 5, J. Cole brings The Fall-Off Tour to the Accor Arena for one night only.

The Fall-Off: the final leap from a rapper at the top of his game

On February 6, 2026, The Fall-Off finally drops. A 24-track double album, described by Jermaine as his last. The title says it all.

The rollout made a big impact. The Fall-Off Is Inevitable kicks things off on January 14 with a video directed by Ryan Doubiago. Then Who TF Iz U takes over as the era’s lead single.

The audience followed without hesitation. No. 1 on the Billboard 200 straight out of the gate, with around 280,000 units in its first week, according to Billboard. It’s Cole World’s seventh No. 1 album in the United States.

From La Villette to Bercy, nine years on the edge

On October 10, 2017, Cole World brought the 4 Your Eyez Only World Tour to the Zénith de Paris-La Villette. Since then, nothing. No other Paris dates were recorded until the tour announcement in February 2026.

Nine years is a whole generation in the pit. Those who were 16 at La Villette are 25 today. And the change in scale says it all: from the Zénith to the Accor Arena, Bercy’s legendary venue.

To see how far he’s come, watch Two Six. The video, directed by Simon Chasalow, was released on the same day as the album.

Did you know?

In 2017, Paris came just before Nottingham: Zénith on October 10, Motorpoint Arena on the 12th. In 2026, the order is reversed. Cole plays Nottingham’s Motorpoint Arena on October 31, then heads to Bercy on November 5.

Why does this Fall-Off Tour feel like a farewell?

Because everything points that way. The album is being presented as his last, and the tour has the scale of a closing scene. More than 50 dates, from Charlotte on July 11 to Johannesburg on December 12.

Paris lands right in the middle of the European leg. Nottingham on October 31, Bercy on November 5, Hamburg’s Barclays Arena on the 8th. And it’s the tour’s only stop in France.

The show is said to be built around the album’s two-disc structure. Two acts, two perspectives, one artist on stage.

Our prediction is clear. On Thursday night, Bercy won’t see a rapper at the end of his run. It’ll see an artist who chooses the time and place of his fall, in front of an audience that has been waiting for him for nine years.

Thursday, November 5: your guide before the big leap

J. Cole on stage during The Fall-Off Tour

The show is scheduled for 8 p.m., according to Sortiraparis, but check with the venue to confirm. Head to the Accor Arena, 8 boulevard de Bercy, accessible by metro lines 6 and 14, Bercy station. The date is produced by Live Nation.

As for tickets, the booking button is still active on the Accor Arena official website as of November 2. Don’t leave it until Thursday: use the official ticket office, never the unofficial resale market.

No opening act has been publicly announced so far. At Project X Paris, we’re convinced: this kind of night is best experienced on your feet, in the pit, from the very first note.

COLE WORLD, FINAL LEAP

On Thursday night, Jermaine takes the plunge in front of Bercy with no safety net. A fall foretold, embraced, staged across two discs. No one knows where he’ll land after Johannesburg: the countdown starts now.
