A lineup that empties: the festival maintains its four days

On the eve of the opening, the Delta Festival confirms its 2026 edition. Four days, from July 23 to 26, on the Prado beaches. The decision comes as the lineup loses names almost daily.

Kungs, Feder, Mosimann, Trinix, Acid Arab: about ten electronic scene artists have announced their withdrawal. Several Marseille partner collectives have done the same. The program will be adapted, without the organization communicating the final list of attendees at this stage.

The organization stands by the choice to stay the course. It says it maintains the event for the festival-goers, the teams mobilized for a year, and the artists still on the lineup. The event keeps its theme "Do Brasil," inspired by the Rio carnival.

At the origin of the crisis: a case involving the president

The co-founder and president Olivier Ledot is accused by several women of sexist and sexual violence, according to testimonies reported by the Marseille media Marsactu. He firmly denies the accusations and announced he will file defamation lawsuits. At this stage, no court decision has been made.

Ledot stepped back from his duties as soon as the first revelations came out. The organization indicates it has opened an internal investigation and an independent investigation entrusted to an external firm, set up a listening unit with the associative world, and planned to adapt the program to give voice to associations. The City of Marseille, owner of the beaches, says it discovered the facts through the press and shows its support for the victims.
