Soprano, the voice that unites
Before becoming an arena star, Soprano was a kid from Marseille in the group Psy 4 de la Rime. Thirty years later, he has become one of the most popular French rap artists, able to fill the biggest venues in the country and make all generations sing along.
His secret? A positive and unifying hip-hop, where neighborhood stories mingle with messages of hope. In concert, this translates into communion: raised arms, chorused refrains, an energy that never fades. On an outdoor festival stage, the effect is multiplied.
Warm up your voice: Soprano tracks to listen to before the concert.
Freedom: the trilogy that names the tour
Freedom is Soprano’s eighth studio album — an extraordinary project, conceived in three parts: Freedom (June 2024), Émancipation (December 2024) and Renaissance (May 2025). An album the artist describes as very engaged, addressing social issues.
Rare fact: part of the album was recorded in Ivory Coast, alongside Youssoupha, during the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, with local musical influences in the productions. On stage, expect to hear his recent singles like “Facile à danser”, “Freedom” or “Tour du monde”, alongside hits that marked his career.
Did you know?
Soprano has never turned his back on his roots. After more than ten years of break, he announced the return of Psy 4 de la Rime, the Marseille group where it all began. The circle is complete: the neighborhood kid has become a legend of French rap.
French dates to mark
The heart of this last wave beats in France. Here are the must-see dates to vibe with Soprano this summer and fall:

Budget-wise, tickets start around €32.50 depending on the festivals. Good to know: the most sought-after shows sell out quickly, so better book early than stay outside the gates. From the North to Provence, via Alsace and Gard, the map of France fills with dates.
And also: two stops in Belgium
The tour slightly crosses borders. Two Belgian festivals host Soprano: Bertrix, at Baudet’stival, on Sunday, July 12, and Namur, at Solidarités, from September 4 to 6. A chance to extend the party for fans of the flat country.
Freedom live in concert
From Boulogne to Alès, Soprano turns summer into a great popular tour. Spot your date, grab your ticket, and sing at the top of your lungs. The Freedom Tour is the street rising on stage.
