OMAR MONTES, THE 2.0 STAR IN SPAIN

Omar Montes is one of the biggest stars right now. At 35, he already has a long career, starting in boxing where he was crowned Spanish champion in his category, with 100 wins to his name. Then, he launched into music in 2015 with his first single, "Mentiras", quickly followed by several TV shows in the following months. Before refocusing on music again, releasing numerous singles, videos, features with big stars like Farruko, as well as two albums. A complete artist and athlete who has already lived a thousand lives!

THE PROJECT X PARIS DNA

Over the past 30 years, streetwear and urban music have truly exploded worldwide. Omar Montes represents urban culture in Spain and his journey is an inspiration for success!

THE PLATINUM ARTIST WITH A REGGAETON STYLE

His main credo is obviously reggaeton, sometimes with funk trends, the singer has not forgotten Spanish traditions with gypsy-inspired tracks like "Patio de la Carcel" with Farruko, the Puerto Rican star. His biggest hits so far remain solid reggaeton bangers like "Alocao" or "La rubia remix". In his two albums, "La Vida Martir" and "Quejios de un Maleante", he explores all these worlds, with success confirmed by several singles certified double or triple platinum.

Omar Montes x PXP

Far from a novice when it comes to striking a pose, Omar Montes fears nothing: in the ring for years, winner of the Spanish version of "Survivor".

Our first set references his passion for boxing: Omar wears our new JO2K24 capsule to celebrate the arrival of the Olympic Games in France. On the menu, pieces from PxP sportswear.

The red outfit with the t-shirt featuring embroidered stripes on the shoulders and shorts gives a very sporty look.

IN THE STUDIO WITH PXP

Next, we move to another environment familiar to Omar Montes, this time the recording studio where he poses behind the microphone and next to his sound engineer, also dressed in PXP with our bestseller: the Heart Breaker hoodie. In a warmer setting than the coldness of the ring, Omar chose a chill outfit, a bit looser as well. Straight-cut multi-pocket cargo pants paired with our Graphic Gaze printed shirt from our Urban Explorer capsule, the more extravagant touch. The final touch: the cap, with this patterned shirt which is an iconic piece in reggaeton videos!

SUPERSTAR x OVERSIZED OUTFIT

Finally, for the last part of the shoot, we decided to finish in style, with an outfit that will be approved by streetwear connoisseurs, the most discerning, all set in a street environment since the shoot took place in the middle of the city’s buildings. First, we have to talk about this crazy streetwear outfit, with a very wide cut for both the jacket and the pants. "Oversize" might not be enough to describe the cut of this set, but we won’t say more, the pieces haven’t been released yet, although Omar Montes was obviously thrilled to discover them exclusively.
