93120: a preface written in La Courneuve
The title is no coincidence. 93120 is the postal code of La Courneuve, the town where William Mundala grew up before becoming Tiakola. Engraving this address on the cover is signing the first page with his starting point.
The rapper first made a name for himself within the group 4Keus. His solo career took off with the album Mélo in 2022, then the mixtape BDLM Vol. 1 in 2024. Returning to the 93 the day before his second album is setting the scene before opening the story.
At Project X Paris, we know that an address sometimes tells more than a biography. This one is made of five digits and says everything about Tiakola’s connection to his city.

WpointM reads like a signature: W for William, M for Mundala, Tiakola’s real name. With the EP, he adds the address under the name. Like on the back of an envelope, the sender is identified even before opening.

Releasing a full EP the day before an album is a surprising bet. Most artists settle for a single to warm up the crowd. Tiakola drops six tracks less than 24 hours before the release of WpointM.
The campaign already had its highlights. The first single Savage was released on May 7, 2026, after an album announcement in Kinshasa. Mélo Décalé took over the airwaves.
This week, the rapper also turned parking lots into listening rooms, notably in Rennes and Toulouse, to preview the album. Secret locations, free entry in Toulouse: the preface spills beyond platforms and is also read in the streets.
