Fashion Festival in Miramas: Project X Paris goes all out
Last May, the McArthurGlen shopping center in Miramas rolled out the red carpet for a Fashion Festival. The opportunity for us, who opened a store there nearly a year ago, to bring together actors who shape the local urban culture.
We set the place on fire and energized all passersby during the Fashion Festival in Miramas. During this event, which took place from May 25 to 27 on the McArthurGlen zone in Miramas, near Marseille, we decided to hit hard. Guests proudly representing the region's culture came to animate the Miramas store. Among them, young DJ Matt Mirter, who wore a plaid shirt from the TILES capsule for the occasion, was on the decks on May 25 and 26 to ignite the shop with the best sounds! This DJ and producer, who released his first EP in 2019 at only 19 years old, is a young talent as we like at PXP!

Upcycling to better enjoy Meanwhile, Marseille fashion designer Anna Stezi hosted a custom LAB. Known for her creations made from recycled football, baseball, or basketball jerseys, she performed, equipped with her sewing machine, in front of a curious and enthusiastic audience. The artist creates dresses, bucket hats, skirts, t-shirts, and bodysuits with these upcycled fabrics. Wearing a jersey has never been so sexy! Present at the Fashion Festival by Project X Paris, the young Marseille native created exclusive accessories with clothes from our collections that had defects and could not be put on shelves. She did not hesitate to completely rethink the original piece to extract only the aspects that interested her and give it a second life with a whole new appearance. A hit!
Rapper SAF on the store roof! And to close these few days, rapper Saf, a rising star of the RAP scene made in Marseille, was present. Pure madness that drew a crowd of fans who could hear him perform for over an hour! Sitting on the store roof, the young Marseille artist proudly wore the brand's colors with the entire GRAFFITI capsule. The rapper from the Phocaean city, who notably collaborated on the mixtape "Classico Organisé" which gathered, under Jul's leadership, the cream of the rappers from the Phocaean city and the capital, was able to unveil tracks from his first album "Au pied du mur" released recently. After his show, the 23-year-old artist met his fans who waited for him in a more than heated atmosphere! To thank Project X Paris lovers who came for this Fashion Festival, a flood of gifts poured during the artist's entire performance.
Streetwear reference Through this large-scale event that marked minds, Project X Paris asserts itself even more as THE essential reference of streetwear culture. Present in many trend-setting cities like Dubai, Berlin, London, Los Angeles, or Paris... Project X Paris does not hesitate to open streetwear shops in unexpected places. By opening this streetwear store in July 2021 at McArthurGlen, located at the crossroads of the main highways of Bouches-du-Rhône, the brand proves it addresses everyone!
This openness and accessibility are not new: it is a mindset deeply rooted in the brand's DNA. This is obviously reflected in the choices of collections and collaborations made with rappers like Soso Maness, Bosh, or Naps, athletes, but also Manga references like One Piece.
