Jeans: the evolution
The jean is a timeless piece that has followed the social evolution from the 19th century to the present day. During the economic crisis of 1929 in the USA, jeans were affordable trousers that the working class such as the workers appreciated for their solidity. Then, in the 30s with the surge of the jukebox, the jeans are taken again by the youth under new colours, in particular, black and white. Students turned the jeans from a work garment to a ready-to-wear garment. Then jeans were elevated to the symbol of feminism in the 1950s, with women wearing them high-waisted, shortened, with moccasins. It was not until the 1960s that jeans became the unisex, universal piece of clothing that they are today.
So you see, jeans are the universal and unisex favourite piece to have in your wardrobe.
As the name suggests, slim jeans are worn "slim". In other words, they emphasize the natural curves of our body by marrying them. The term "skinny" has two meanings: firstly, skinny and, by extension, tight. Skinny jeans imply that you wear them like a second skin.
The jogg jean is a good alternative to jeans. Similar to its elder brother, the jogg jean differs in its choice of softer materials than denim and a slightly looser fit.
These are trousers of military origin. Often beige, sometimes khaki, they have several pockets.
