They've put the spotlight on their neighborhood of Saint-Jacques, in Perpignan, by dint of millions of views collected on Snapchat and TikTok. Nasdas and Samos are now among the biggest influencers in France, and probably the best-known influencers on the French street. At Project X Paris, we validate this kind of success story and are delighted to be working with these two social networking phenomena.

From street to media tour

The duo formed by Nasdas and Samos are now a must if you even have an account on a social network. They've racked up several hundred million views by now, if you try to add it all up - figures that would make even some big American influencers dizzy. But the story of this success begins on the street, in Perpignan. In the Saint-Jacques district to be precise, where Nasdas mobilized against the bulldozers sent by the mayor's office to demolish certain buildings. That was in 2018, and since then, we can measure how far we've come. The young man has set up his own team, Team Nasdas, which includes Samos. Together, they filmed their life in the neighborhood, mainly via Snapchat and TikTok, with a lot of humor, trashy but never nasty jokes, and a real gift for entertainment. Today, the duo is well established, each well into his role, but everything remains as natural as it was in the beginning. For almost two years now, the explosion has been considerable.

It's no surprise that they've become two media phenomena, appearing on Konbini, Brut, Rap Jeu, the famous RedBull channel game, and Skyrock, a consecration for the duo who never cease to assert their belonging to the street and its culture, of which Skyrock is a monument, like it or not. Friendly, always ready to have a laugh, never touchy, and above all with a genuine desire to help others and do good by creating social links, Nasdas and Samos are the new darlings of streets all over France. Above all, they are a source of pride for the residents of their Perpignan neighborhood, in which they are very involved and present. Although Saint-Jacques has the reputation of being one of the poorest neighborhoods in France, the two influencers have shown the world that it's not just that, and that there are lots of nice people in these neighborhoods, where you can have fun and even feel at home.

Nasdas and Samos are two true kings of buzz, and they've taken it to another level recently. Nasdas revealed his bank card number in a Snapchat story. The card was credited with 15,000 euros, which fans could use to order stuff on the web. A veritable tidal wave was caused by the influencer, so much so that Amazon ended up blocking the many orders placed with the card. We could never have imagined that Snapchatters from Perpignan would have the influence to shake the mechanics of the Amazon giant, but the fervor around Nasdas and Samos is truly enormous. A second "opération carte bleue" is planned, this time with 50,000 and a bailiff.

Nasdas and Samos give strength to Project X Paris

Given this determination and success, we at PXP are obviously very admiring. We're also very happy because Nasdas and Samos seem to have the brand in their hearts, and often on their shoulders too. It's an honor for us to be validated by two stars, both on the web and in the street, as when Nasdas relayed the ambassador casting we organize every year. Or when Samos decided to wear the brand during a shoot for the streetwear shop Wanted : men's hoodie on the shoulders, in black with a cap In black or pastel green, with matching tracksuit bottoms, he's mastered his classics and knows the right pieces for a good streetwise look. In another, more aggressive, flashier style, he also appears in a pair of jogging bottoms + a jogging suit. t-shirt man bright red, perfect for the warm ambience of the South of France.

Nasdas, also a fan of Project X Paris, opted for a slightly more "modern" and streamlined look. In a beautiful photo taken in Montpellier, in front of a work by street art We see him in a beautiful white ensemble. A white hoodie for men, with a tracksuit bottoms and a nice pair of white Adidas sneakers, a no-brainer if you manage to stay clean all day. We're really pleased to see two streetwear guys from Perpignan wearing PXP, because it shows that the brand continues to expand far beyond the first circle of Paris and Marseille, and we're very happy about that. Because a streetwear brand like ours has a vocation to reach all urban youth, without regional borders.

We'd like to thank Nasdas and Samos for all the support they give PXP. We're delighted to be so appreciated in Perpignan, a town where we already have a store, which works really well and whose opening was quite an event. We hope to continue to expand in the South, where the brand is visibly gaining in popularity. As for Samos and Nasdas, we obviously wish them every success in their projects for this year, even if we honestly don't see how they could do even better than their successes of recent months.
