Exchange & Returns

You can return or exchange your purchase within 15 days :

1. Please complete the enclosed return form.

2. Send the goods to the following address : TJMAX, 290 rue de la Belle Etoile, Roissy-en- France, 95700, France.
*Please note that all products must be returned in a new an unused condition with all the tags still attached.
**Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you obtain proof of postage. We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us.

Conditions for returns :

1. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition.

2. Returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging, hang-tags and any related accessories and instruction booklets. No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.

3. Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Exchange policy :

1. If you wish to exchange items for a different size or color, based on stock availability, then please follow our returns procedure to return the incorrect items and we will send your exchange item(s) out to you.

2. Please complete the enclosed return form and place it in the package you're returning.

3. We cannot guarantee or hold stock for exchanges. If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.

4. We will send your replacement to the original delivery address for free.

5. We will email you when your exchange is processed.

Refunds :

1. We will refund you the original price paid for the returned item, less any adjustments or credits that may have been subsequently issued (if any).

2. All returns (including items purchased through the gift service) will be credited to the original purchaser's form of payment

3. Delivery fees are not included in the refunds, except if the order has been canceled by the seller.

4. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund process has been completed.
