Project X Paris is above all a family that social networks allow us to grow and cherish. To this end, we would be happy to share your content on our Project X Paris eshop (projectxparis.com), but also in our Project X Paris newsletter or on our social networks.

By responding to our request with the hashtag#yesProjectXParison your publications mentioning@Projectxparis, @Projectxpariswomen, #projectxparisor#projectxpariswomenyou :

- Authorize Project X Paris to use your content for its marketing and/or advertising activities, including in the website gallery (projectxparis.com), in its newsletters, on its social networks, in its emails, in its other customer communication channels, on the stores' material and for other marketing purposes.

- Authorize Project X Paris to use your photo until you withdraw this authorization.

You will receive:

- Free advertising on our channels and website (projectxparis.com)

- All credits on your photo: your social network will be linked to it and/or your login will be mentioned.

- The ability to withdraw your authorization at any time.

By agreeing to these terms, you grant Project X Paris a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and share your content for marketing and/or publicity purposes, including the right to reproduce, distribute, modify and edit your photos. You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the material you have submitted and that you have the permission of all persons appearing in the photos. Your content will remain your property at all times and your permission may be withdrawn.

Withdrawal of authorization:If you wish to withdraw your permission, please send us an email to [email protected] and we will remove your photo from our digital channels within 14 days. If we have used your photo in our newsletter and/or print materials, it is not possible to remove the photo, but we will not use it in the future.
