How do I return one or more items?

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the item(s), you have a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of your order. to return it/them to us. This deadline applies to all orders placed between November 1 and December 31, 2023.

Items must be in new condition, with labels and in original packaging.

The item(s) will be returned in exchange for a credit note.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

A credit note will be issued automatically and will be available in the Credit notes and coupons from your customer account upon receipt of your parcel (subject to compliance with the return conditions specified above).

An e-mail will be sent to inform you of this.

The credit allows you to place a new order from our website by choosing the desired item (size, color, ...) and it will be processed as soon as possible.

RETURN FOR CREDIT

A credit note will be issued automatically and will be available in the Credit notes and coupons from your customer account upon receipt of your parcel (subject to compliance with the return conditions specified above).

An e-mail will be sent to inform you of this.

In both cases, this credit is valid for 1 year from receipt of the e-mail and can be combined with current offers and Project X Paris gift cards.

However, if you would like a refund, simply reply to the following e-mail. I would like a refund.

Reimbursement will be made directly to the payment method used for the order.

FREE RETURN VIA UPS

To make a free return via UPS, please go to your customer area and click on Making a return from the My orders then select the product(s) concerned.

The label and return form will be sent to you by e-mail. The label is to be affixed to your parcel and the return slip is to be slipped into it.

No refund will be made if the label is not used.

RETURN OTHER CARRIERS

When the initial delivery was made via Colissimo or Chronopost, the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse is at the customer's expense.

To make a return, please go to your customer area and click on Making a return from the My orders then select the product(s) concerned.

The label and return form will be sent to you by e-mail. The label is to be affixed to your parcel and the return slip is to be slipped into it.

The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from the credit note issued.

Please note: if you choose to return a product by your own means, the parcel must be sent to the following address, respecting the return conditions specified above.

On your invoice, indicate "exchange" on the reference concerned and the new size required.

The availability of the requested replacement item cannot be guaranteed.

Your replacement order will be sent to you via UPS or Colissimo. Delivery charges for the replacement order will be borne by Project X Paris.

NB: If you need the exchange quickly, we invite you to place a new order and request a refund of your original order.

Refunds

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Indicate "Refund" on the reference or references concerned on your invoice.

We will refund the original price paid for the returned item.

The total amount of returns will be credited according to the buyer's original method of payment. The buyer's original bank card will be credited when the returned items are processed, and the credit will appear on the customer's next bank statement.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, with the exception of cancellations by the seller.

NB: As soon as we receive your return package, we will process your refund request within 48/72 hours.
