SHIPPING AND RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you have 60 days from the date of receipt of your order to return them to us. This period applies to all orders placed between November 1st and December 31st, 2023.
Items must be new, with tags, and in their original packaging.
The return of the item(s) is processed as a store credit.
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE
A credit note will be automatically issued and will be available in the Credit Notes and Discount Voucherssection of your customer account upon receipt of your package (subject to compliance with the return conditions specified above).
An email will be sent to inform you.
The store credit allows you to place a new order on our website by choosing the desired item (size, color, etc.), and it will be processed as soon as possible.
RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
A store credit will be automatically issued and will be available in the Store Credits and Discount Vouchers section of your customer account upon receipt of your package (subject to compliance with the return conditions specified above).
An email will be sent to inform you.
For both cases mentioned, this credit note is valid for 1 year from receipt of the email and can be combined with ongoing offers as well as Project X Paris gift cards.
If, however, you wish to receive a refund, simply reply to the email with I want a refund.
The refund will be processed directly to the payment method used for the order.
FREE RETURN VIA UPS
To make a free return via UPS, please go to your customer account and click on Make a return from the My Orders section, then select the product(s) concerned.
The return label and form will be sent to you by email. The label should be affixed to your package and the return form should be placed inside it.
No refund related to return costs will be made if the provided label is not used.
RETURN VIA OTHER CARRIERS
When the initial delivery was made via Colissimo or Chronopost, the return shipping costs to our warehouse are the customer's responsibility.
To make a return, please go to your customer account and click on Make a return in the My orders section, then select the product(s) concerned.
The return label and form will be sent to you by email. The label should be affixed to your package and the return form should be placed inside it.
The costs related to the prepaid label will be deducted from the issued store credit.

First, check on our website: projectxparis.com that the new size is available.
Indicate "exchange" on your invoice for the concerned item and the new size desired.
The availability of the requested replacement item cannot be guaranteed.
Your replacement order will be sent via UPS or Colissimo. The shipping costs for the replacement order will be covered by Project X Paris.
Note: If you need the exchange quickly, we recommend placing a new order directly and requesting a refund for your initial order.
